The Outdoor Media Association (OMA) is delighted to announce the appointment of Aoibhín Lennon as OMA Director.
Ms Lennon joined the OMA’s leadership team on 8th January 2024 and will oversee the Association’s development across a range of initiatives within the Irish outdoor industry. Ms Lennon was previously a Business Director at Core.
Ms Lennon has worked in several leading media companies in both Ireland and Australia including Vizeum, Zenith Optimedia and Mediacom.
OMA President Colin Leahy said of the appointment: “Significant and exciting developments are taking place in outdoor advertising across the island of Ireland, delivering fresh opportunities for brands in audience reach and engagement. Aoibhín will spearhead the strategic direction and future development of our industry, helping secure the positive impact our medium makes on marketing communications for our advertising clients.”
Commenting on her new role, Ms Lennon said: “I am delighted to take on the role of OMA Director and I’m excited to work with the association members to help shape the future of outdoor media in Ireland and to drive growth in the sector.
“I look forward to helping brands and agencies realise the enormous value that OOH presents.”
The OMA is the representative body for the outdoor advertising industry on the island of Ireland, representing out of home (OOH) companies, promoting the benefits of the medium of outdoor, and ensuring high professional standards across the sector. Member companies include media owners Clear Channel, Global and JCDecaux, alongside OOH media specialists PML Group and Talon.
